Dolphin Maintenance Group
Problems with repairs, dampness, sewerage or mold?
If so, you can call or drop into the Community Centre. Staff will follow up with Dublin City Council and support you getting it resolved and help you understand your rights and responsibilities.
The Dolphin Maintenance Group also monitors the environment around the flat complex. We are in particular working on reporting serious sewerage and dampness problems so if you have those let us know.
Ring the Community Centre and ask for Debbie or Manus on Tel. 01-4544682.
Dolphin Maintenance Group is a sub-group of the Dolphin House & Park Joint Regeneration board. It was established in 2011 to ensure that the flats in Dolphin House are maintained to the highest standard (free from sewage invasion, damp, mould etc) in the period between thenand the completion of the regeneration as committed to in the ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ between Dublin City Council, the Department of the Environment, the Joint Regeneration Board and the Dolphin House Community Development Association.
It also works toensure that environmental and maintenance issues in relation to communal areas are addressed and resolved to an acceptable standard and to ensure that maintenance and repairs of flats are carried out in a timely and effective manner, as well as facilitating the reporting of all maintenance issues to Dublin City Council.
