Following planning approval to build the new senior citizens complex a tender has been issued by Fold Housing Association for the construction works. When the tender process is complete a contractor will be selected to build the 43 new apartments. The timeline indicated by Fold Housing Association is for the building works to commence in June, it will take over 12 months to construct.
