Men's shed trip to Wexford

The D8 Men’s shed took a two day trip to Wexford Town on the 8th of November. We had perfect weather for the two days. The men visited the local Wexford town men’s shed. It was a great opportunity for the lads to chat and get to know each other and to swap ideas. Not only do men’s shed give men a space to share their knowledge they also give men a sense of belonging and a space to go so it was great to meet up with another men’s shed. Hopefully we will see the lads from Wexford visit us in D8 very soon. The lads also visited the Wexford Heritage Park. We would like to thank the Wexford men’s shed who were very accommodating and made sure we were all fed and watered by putting on a great spread of sandwiches.
