Dublin City Council have informed the DHCDA that they are currently working with a financial consultancy firm to prepare a Strategic Assessment Reportfor the Dolphin House Masterplan.
The City Council have engaged procurement consultants to draw up the brief and requirements for an integrated design team and planning consultants, who when appointed will prepare the Masterplan planning application and environmental impact assessment report for An Bord Pleanala.
The City Council are confident they will have the tender process for the planning consultants commenced in the spring of 2024.
The plans for Phase 1b have are currently being reviewed by the Department of Housing.
The City Council are engaging with specialised contractors on their list of demolition contractors to progress the demolition of the old Dolphin Park blocks. Residents will be informed in advance of works starting.
